Here’s how it works:
A Referral Bonus is paid after the referred client pays their first payroll with FrankCrum. The bonus payment is determined by the new client’s Estimated Annual Payroll based on the calculation and bonus schedule below.
Annual Payroll = the first payroll amount multiplied by the number of pay periods in a year
For example, a company with a weekly payroll schedule and a 1st payroll amount of $20,000 would be calculated this way:
20,000 first payroll x 52 weeks in a year = 1,040,000.
This would earn you a referral bonus of $1,000!
