We’re committed to caring for the less fortunate.
FrankCrum’s reputation as a leader in HR outsourcing is shaped by a long history of integrity and family values in the company’s business approach. But the Golden Rule guides more than just our service to clients. It also drives our commitment to being a positive influence in our community.
In addition to encouraging the charitable efforts of our individual employees, FrankCrum provides ongoing support to local organizations helping needy residences of the Tampa Bay area. CEO Frank Crum, Jr. has fostered a company-wide passion for compassion. Our efforts are focused primarily on two worthwhile organizations — Trinity Café and Clearwater Free Clinic.
See firsthand how Trinity Cafe and the Clearwater Free Clinic touch the lives of those in great need. We encourage you to join us in supporting these very special charities.
Since 2001, Trinity Cafe has served more than 789,000 free meals to the homeless and poor of the area. In addition to nourishing food, staff and volunteers provide a welcoming environment that communicates acceptance and fosters dignity for those struggling with tremendous life challenges. Frank Crum, Jr. serves on the Board of Directors, and through our annual golf tournament and jeans day contributions from our employees, the company has raised over $140,000 this year to support the organization.
