The origin of FrankCrum dates back to 1981, when Frank W. Crum, Jr. and his father, Frank Crum, Sr., founded the Great American Temporary Service. With a passion for helping small business owners succeed, the company has evolved and grown over several decades. Haley and Matthew Crum, Frank's children, joined the organization, and together the Crum family provides vision and leadership across the vibrant company enterprise: FrankCrum, FrankCrum Staffing, and Frank Winston Crum Insurance.

Trinity Café / Feeding Tampa Bay

Trinity Café, a program of Feeding Tampa Bay, has served more than 789,000 free meals to the homeless and disadvantaged in our area. In addition to nourishing food, staff and volunteers provide a welcoming environment that communicates acceptance and fosters dignity for those struggling with tremendous life challenges. Through our annual golf tournament and jeans day contributions from our employees, the company has raised funds to support this organization annually.

FrankCrum Invitational Charity Golf Tournament

The FrankCrum Golf Invitational, held at Innisbrook Golf Resort, is an annual fundraising event for Trinity Cafe attended by hundreds of golfers and dozens of sponsors. “Every year, I’m more and more impressed by the tournament. We are so thankful for the big-heartedness of FrankCrum, the other tournament sponsors, and the golfers that come out to support Trinity Cafe,” says Jeff Darrey, founder of Trinity Cafe. “It’s significant contributions like this that make it possible for us to expand. We are so thankful for FrankCrum’s continued support.”

Homeless Empowerment Program (HEP)

Since 1986, HEP has provided homeless and very low-income families and individuals, including Veterans with housing, food, clothing and the support services necessary to obtain self-sufficiency and improved quality of life. In just one year, HEP helped more than 1,200 people get back on their feet. The 400-bed facility serves about 114,000 meals annually. Haley Crum serves on their Board of Directors.

Clearwater Free Clinic

The Clearwater Free Clinic provides comprehensive medical care to low-income, uninsured families. Program services include office visits, medications, lab work, x-rays, mental health care, specialty care and patient education. FrankCrum hosts an annual event called Martinis and Matisse that helps provide program services including patient visits.
