Founder Anthony Bruno, originally from New York, could not find the pizza he loved when he moved to Florida, so he decided to make his own. Armed with authentic recipes passed down through generations, Anthony opened the first Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza restaurant in 2002. Since then, they have expanded to 59 locations in eight states.
