Frank W. Crum, Jr. is the owner and CEO of FrankCrum. He’s been serving employers for more than 40 years and is a pioneer in the Professional Employer Organization (HR outsourcing) industry.
Haley is responsible for FrankCrum Staffing and was named Co-President of FrankCrum in 2020. Her career at FrankCrum began as a customer care representative while she was in college.
Matt founded the FrankCrum Insurance Agency in 2008 and took over the operations of Frank Winston Crum Insurance in 2013. He was named Co-President of FrankCrum in 2020.
Clint manages all aspects of accounting and finance, serves as treasurer on all cash accounts, oversees the capital structure of the companies, ensures compliance with federal and state standards, and conducts financial projections and risk management. He’s been with FrankCrum since 2008.
With almost 30 years of experience in the information technology industry, Chris leads all technical aspects of IT across the FrankCrum enterprise including security, DevOps and infrastructure, enterprise infrastructure, analytics and reporting, as well as application development.
Angie directs marketing for the FrankCrum family of companies. She has more than 20 years of experience in both corporate and agency marketing, including integrated strategy development, branding, campaign planning, and public relations.
With over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Steve launched and now oversees FrankCrum underwriting – a department that has steadily grown under his leadership.
Sean has more than 30 years of experience in the payroll services industry, including leading operations, customer service, tax, implementation, and IT development. He manages all payroll and billing departments within FrankCrum.
Anna leads the client experience, benefits, compliance, and enrollment teams and works to deliver superior customer service to FrankCrum’s PEO clients nationwide. She has been with FrankCrum since 2006 and strives to foster improvements in customer satisfaction and develop ongoing strategies for success.
Mike is responsible for the FrankCrum sales department and has successfully expanded FrankCrum’s extensive network of sales reps, agents, brokers, and broker managers nationwide.
David has more than 20 years of experience in human resources and benefits administration, and he oversees human resources for FrankCrum. David has also served in the U.S. Army.
Sarah leads the direct sales team at FrankCrum with a unique blend of experience in sales, corporate training, and motivational speaking. Prior to FrankCrum, Sarah was a corporate trainer for 13 years.
