Bud Elias

Chester "Bud" Elias is the President and Founder of the Advantage Group, a health brokerage based in Clearwater, FL. After a distinguished insurance career in Chicago, working with industry leaders such as Marsh McLennan, Washington National Insurance Company, and the William Mercer Company, Bud founded the Advantage Group in 1979. Bud brings over 50 years of experience in employee benefits and the health insurance marketplace to help others prepare for and preserve their financial legacies.
