Hector Cano

As the Vice President of Workers' Compensation Claims for Frank Winston Crum Insurance, Hector manages the workers' compensation claims administration portfolio and oversees all Third-Party Administrators. His 26-year insurance industry career spans roles from claims adjusting to management positions across carriers and third-party administrators. Licensed to manage claims in over 17 jurisdictions, he holds multiple designations, including AIC, CWC, CWCL, PCA, and ICMS. In addition, he is a RISE Ambassador and mentor and regularly speaks at industry events, including the Workers' Compensation Institute (WCI) and ClaimsXchange.
